Why I am saying this because, most of the marketing agency are started with group of friends and in which there’s always a stubborn one who disagrees to the others statement without even considering it well that-s because of the jealousy or incapability of understanding what others are trying to convey to other people.
This small misunderstanding always leads to fight between the inner circle and which causes future breakup. Like the Beatles band who got disband after certain point of success.
Well this all are way too complicated and very personal problems to talk as a niche topic in a blog content. I am here to provide you the 5 most common major problems faced by the digital marketing agency.

1} Sales Call:
Well this term it defines the necessity of the agency to survive and meet individual survival liability over the company and their families.
Well, the major drawback of the term is that very few people are very good with people. And it’s the most admirable quality in a person to achieve sales for the company. The sales person in a company is like Heart who pumps the blood throughout the body. If the heart functioning is low or incapable the whole body collapses with it. To never face such misfortune situation the group of friends should be able to identify the person who is capable as well as good with people and can possibly bring assets for the company.
Most of the time the group of friends don’t have that type of person is who well and good with people so it creates an drawback for them to grow or do sales for their company. This applies for the whole business community who are aspiring to start their own business.
2} Miss Communication:
Miss communication is a two part misunderstanding, were the customer and the owner both have some sort of communication gap. This applies between the agencies people inside.
Like for instance say the service in charge or the technical team has a communication gap between sales people.
This leads to major rumble between the inner-circle. Let me paint a picture to explain it properly, Technical team has some guidelines in which they process their work and the sales team unknowingly promises to provide the service which develops a major failure loss for the company.
To avoid such kind of situation they should explain every inch of the process which the technical team flows through to complete the process. Without having knowledge of the process often leads to misunderstanding between customers and the agency. Ultimately leads to defame for the company.
3} Terms & Conditons:
The Policies of the company or the agency should be maintained and developed accordingly to maintain peace and harmony in the system of the company. But the major problem with the conditions is like the terms created initially doesn’t suits in the upcoming future of the company or agency. Nonetheless this problem exist in every company and their mature decisions and strong bond keeps them together and maintains the system inside the company.
Why I am stressing so much about this because one or the other may not abide by the terms and they might break the rules which you all created together. At such awkward situation the people inside the company or the owners should be strong and firm to think enough to expel such kind of person from the company or the agency.
A very famous quote by a Villain in Hollywood industry “Love at First Sight, Kill at first Betrayal.” This also implies on breaking trust inside the business partners.
4} Emotional Trauma:
This implies on every individual people. Because this solely depends on individual problems like their love relationship, friendship disturbance and family problems. Someone may have experienced a breakup such type of person can’t concentrate on their work. Their weak energy may affect the vibes inside the company atmosphere.
